Premier Crop Systems is the crop information/precision farming
data processing center that is providing analytical services for
Profit Partners. All data is the property of the
producer who collects and pays for it.
In some cases, the producer and landowner may have competing claims
on the data. It is the responsibility of the producer and landowner to
determine data ownership.
The identity of individual producer's data will be kept confidential.
Data that is pooled with other producers' data will be done in a manner that maintains
individual confidentiality. Each producer must agree to have his/her data
pooled and only the producers that contribute will receive the results
of the pooled data analysis.
Neither individual data nor pooled data will ever be sold without
each participating producer's permission and benefit.
The producer agrees to use information obtained from Profit Partners or
Premier Crop Systems only in connection with its own farming operation,
and may not disclose such information to any other person.
The producer agrees to share his/her data with the Profit Partners data pool under the terms of this
agreement. The producer understands that his/her agronomic data and economic data (costs, etc.) may be pooled
with other like data sets from similar operations.
Acceptance of Agreement.
By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as
all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of the terms
set forth in this Agreement, do not use this site.
